bi bim bap for dinner!

i made some bi bim bap for dinner the other night with my roommate ryan, and his girlfriend lyndsey. it was so delicious and so simple to make. if you haven't tried it, i highly recommend it for lunch or dinner. it's a classic korean dish. make sure you have sesame oil, soy sauce and lots of hot sauce.
here's a run down on what we did,

2 cups brown rice
1 carrot, grated
1/2 pack snow peas
2 zucchini, steamed
steamed spinach
some mushrooms - lyndsey grabbed these at a korean market, i'm not sure which kind they are. you can use shitake if you can't find ones that look like these.
1/2 block extra firm tofu, grilled in olive oil/seasame oil
1 egg, sunny side up for the top of each bowl (if you're ryan, you can have 2)

put into a bowl and mix it up! i guarantee that you'll like it (unless you hate rice and vegetables)
