my friend ross came over and cooked us a mean batch of vegan tortillas. he made the shells from scratch, it was ridiculous. if you visit his blog he's going to post how to make it all - i can't steal the glory.anyway, this is the guacamole we made. it was so limey and delicious! i think he might have squeezed 2 full limes into the guac. we devoured it.
